INGREDIENTS:

1 cup milk

FOR THE VANILLA BUTTERCREAM FROSTING
1 1/2 cups unsalted butter, at room temperature
3 1/2 cups confectioners’ sugar
2 tablespoons heavy cream
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Fruity Pebbles, for sprinkling

DIRECTIONS:
